"This is a pretty good insurance company. I always work with taylor and he is the best person ever. I want to give taylor ten stars for all the patience he has by working with me and answering every question I ever had about insurance policy. I have been with this company for about two years. It never ran into an issue. If I need clification and I call Taylor, He always gets back to me. I will talk to me about specific details on the policy so I am aware of coverage. Having someone as taylor is a Positive outlook at my book because there are not many people Who will sit there and talk to you about different types of policies and what additional resources may need it for your lifestyle. I have been knowing taylor for like two years, and this guy deserves an employee of the Century."

"I have used Ted Heaton State Farm for auto the majority of my time living in the Austin area. I just recently signed up to switch my homeowner's policy with them. In year's past, I have received quotes from this office, but they were not quite competive enough on pricing for me until this year. So why would anyone care? I wanted to mention this because even though I was on the fence about switching over the past couple of years, I knew I could still call and ask questions about auto OR my home at anytime - despite not having a homeowners policy with them. Big shout out to Grant Shuff who has answered most of these questions and ran quotes for me over the past couple of years. He has been great about being available and promptly following up with me. Thank you again to Grant and the rest of the Ted Heaton team."

"I am the client that an insurance agent doesn’t want or need. I insure two rental properties with Ted, and they probably can’t afford to by a coffee with the big bucks they make off of me, but you would NEVER know it. They are completely professional and through. I don’t like to read pages of insurance documents, so I sent them to Grant, who scrubbed them for the necessary information and then lowered my premium based on the truth of what I needed- not upping and over insuring my properties. This agency is responsive, responsible, and very pleasant to work with."

"if your on the fence about Ted Heaton, this review is for you! I recently purchased a new vehicle and wanted to get the coverage started immediately. I reached out to Teds office and got the opportunity to talk to Erick A., this guy is an all-star and takes pride in what he does and it shows! If you are on the hunt for insurance and are exhausted by the bot calls and the feeling of just being another number to a company then I HIGHLY recommend you reach out to Ted and his people, every conversation was like talking to a friend. Every question I asked was explained in depth to me, every concern I raised was answered with understanding. Getting insurance stinks but this specific State Farm takes pride in making sure their customers are happy and have what they need!"

"Very happy to have found Ted’s State Farm team! Not only I was given numerous opportunities to have competitive premiums relative to the Policy details I wanted, but also the claims processed by Liz were so smooth and speedy! At the “policy (details) review” time Liz introduced me how considerate the “Drive Safe & Save” program is in terms of discount & ease-of-use. I was able to also learned that my situation qualifies for claim refunds which were handled by Liz in no time! I believe I will be a happy customer to Ted’s team for many years to come! This is a quality team to be with!"

"I have been using Ted/State Farm since I was 16 because he was my families agent as well. For a total of 14 years I was generally very satisfied with their insurance services. However, I am now compelled to share my disappointment with the changes in their business practices. One aspect that used to set Ted and his office apart was the personal touch provided. Unfortunately, I have noticed a significant decline in this area. I understand that companies and their staff may change, grow, etc., It seems Ted and his office are now disengaged and no longer adds the same personal touch that my family and I once appreciated. It is disheartening to feel like just another policy holder rather than a valued customer. What's more concerning is the sudden and unexplained increase in my monthly premium. Without any prior notice or explanation , my monthly payments have surged by over $100. As a loyal customer, I believe I deserve transparency and clear communication regarding such significant changes. However, the lack of explanation has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. Overall, while I appreciate the insurance coverage provided by State Farm, I am very unsatisfied with the changes in Ted and his staff regarding their customer service. I hope that they can improve and provide the personal touch and above and beyond service that made me a loyal customer in the first place. Now I will be going to Allstate for $230/ month vs $380 for the EXACT SAME COVERAGE!"
