"Mr. Lazar, I am sorry to lose your business! I am ALWAYS sorry to lose business regardless of the circumstances! And, for full disclosure, I will readily admit that I missed two call backs to you this year (one I did space on and the other recently was due to me assisting a customer relocated when they had to leave their home (and I called you numerous times the very next day)). However, I take personal offense to your comments, the overwhelming number of customers my Awesome Team and I serve show differently and based on the other reviews that are present on this site your assertions are without merit. I have 64 emails in my inbox within the last 16 months related to your account that were either shared with you, sent to you by my Assistant or I or were exchanged with my Management regarding your complaints about the RATES SF was charging you on both your home and auto policies and/or related to your questions about the SF DRIVE SAFE AND SAVE PROGRAM that you were unhappy with. I have 36 emails in my sent folder regarding you/your account within the last 16 months. And, my tremendously capable and responsive Assistant will have more emails than that I am sure based on our interactions. My Team and I do not set the rates! My Team and I can only act as intermediaries with the company on their sponsored programs and we are not always in any position to change results regarding company sponsored programs! My Team and I can't make the company process changes any faster than they have done so as well! But I object in the most strenuous and loud fashion with your assertion and your allegations. Don't shoot the messenger when you don't like the message....."
